Spirituality is a broad concept with room for many perspectives. In general, it includes a sense of connection to something bigger than ourselves, and it typically involves a search for meaning in life. As such, it is a universal human experience—something that touches us all. People may describe a spiritual experience as sacred or transcendent or simply a deep sense of aliveness and interconnectedness.
Some may find that their spiritual life is intricately linked to their association with a church, or synagogue. Others may pray or find comfort in a personal relationship with God or a higher power. Still others seek meaning through their connections to nature or art. Like your sense of purpose, your personal definition of spirituality may change throughout your life, adapting to your own experiences and relationships.
“How are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, ‘How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!’”
Romans 10:15
Evangelism is one way in which we can fulfill Christ’s call to be His witnesses (Acts 1:8). In biblical categories, witnessing involves making visible what is otherwise invisible. The reality to which we bear witness is the invisible kingdom of God, and in witnessing we strive to make the Lord’s reign visibly manifest. Among the many ways we can bear witness to Jesus is through loving our fellow believers. We reveal to the world that we belong to our Savior when we love other Christians (John 13:34–35). Celebrating the Lord’s Supper proclaims visibly the Lord’s death until He comes again (1 Cor. 11:26). In preaching the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus in our evangelism, we are also helping to make visible the invisible reality of Christ.
As extensions of God’s creation, the academic disciplines are a part of God’s general revelation. And just as the Bible helps us to read, interpret, and care for the creation, a keen-eyed knowledge of general revelation also helps us to read, understand, and apply God’s Word. A trained appreciation of literature, for instance, enhances the ways we read the literary genres found in Scripture. When we become schooled in sociology, we are better equipped to assess the social structures found in Old and New Testament societies, and better equipped to apply its insights into our own social contexts. Historical study helps us see the strangeness of past civilizations we find in the Bible, while a background in linguistics will lead us to apply deeper, more probing kinds of questions to the Babel narrative in Genesis 11.

All praises to the only true and wise God who has made the dawning of a new season and schedule in his timeline possible. I officially welcome us all to the 2019/2020 academic session as this season, the king is raising a generation for himself to enforce his will upon the earth in all spheres of life and restructure civilization that the earth should be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the Lord.
The mandate for this season is “GROWING UNTO THE STATURE OF CHRIST” Ephesians 4:13-15; Col 2:6-7. In this season, the sovereign king is set to imprint his will upon the Earth. For his will to be furnished on earth, the scriptures explain that the technology put in place by the father too is the forging of men. As man is a gateway to cause any influence in the earth realm.
As revealed by Apostle Paul, what the mystery of the will of the father is which unveils that the purpose of the earth, as an extension of the kingdom of heaven is fulfilled in Christ filling all things that all things might gather together in Christ. Ephesians 1:9-10. Also, in Ephesian 4, we see how the father actualized this in Christ that he might fill all things. Therefore, as a strategy to do this, he gave gifts to men that by the virtue of the gift, working might be done in the body of Christ until there is the oneness of faith, a degree of maturity which is attached by a conscious growth unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. That we may all grow up unto him in all things. Walking in him in all spheres and civilizations, rooted and built up in him. That’s the eternal purpose of God and the father by his spirit will be causing a formation of the Christ in us this season. That his will, plan and purpose be tangibly evident upon the earth through our lives. Shalom!!!.

The lord gave an instruction to the pioneer president in person of PROF. O.J OLUKUNLE, about 30years ago that he was about to raise an army, a church and a special fellowship. He wanted us to be special, holy, obedient and very forthcoming. Though these years has been challenging but God has always been true to his word. God has shown his faithfulness towards us by fulfilling His plan, making the products of RCFFUTA a source of illumination in various aspect of life.
Today, by the grace of God, RCFFUTA is waxing stronger and is SHINING AS LIGHT first to our community (FUTA Ondo state) then to the rest of the world.
